Hello! My name is Dr. Richard Kelley, MD. For nearly 20 years, I've been a practicing physician in Texas. I've overcome my own battle with excess weight (twice) and have been able to keep 20 pounds off thanks to a healthy lifestyle.

Working in the ER, I see patients every day whose health is negatively impacted by their weight. I've made it my mission to help others change their lives by  following  a healthy diet and implementing a consistent workout routine  -- the same formula  that I use daily to keep the weight off and keep me feeling great. 

I've helped over 1,000 men and women change their lives. AND, now I'm here to help YOU!
